Return Policy

• Order Receipt must accompany returned merchandise along with the item(s) original packaging with tags attached.
• Current merchandise without an order receipt can be exchanged only in GSNETX Retail stores.
• No returns or exchanges on clearance, sale, or damaged items.
• Returns are only accepted in GSNETX Retail Stores.
• Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error.
