Return & Exchange Policy

Order Receipt must accompany returned merchandise along with the item(s) original packaging with tags attached. Current merchandise without an order receipt can be exchanged only in GSNETX Retail stores. No returns or exchanges on clearance, sale, or damaged items. Returns are only accepted in GSNETX Retail Stores. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error.
